Annually €450 What does the monthly Contract offer: 1.Optimize Microsoft Windows Vista, XP or 2000 operating system and Microsoft Office 2007, 2003, XP/2002, or 2000 software to improve system performance and security. 2.Remove and secure your PC against pop-ups, viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, and other undesirable programs and files. 3.Remotely access applications and configure the computers, and detect problems before they are critical. 4.Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out. 5.Perform standard maintenance, Windows updates/patches. 6.Assist in data back-up processes, transferring data from one PC to another. 7.Set up secure wireless networks as also Assess you network security and make suggestions on how to harden your security. 8.Fix error messages or frozen screens. 9.Create a backup and recovery policy. 10.All in-band tasks, such as monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting when the operating system is responding over the network. 11.Troubleshooting when the operating system is low on resources, such as when CPU usage is excessively high. 12.Running Recovery Console. 13.Monitoring firmware initialization and configuring firmware settings. 14.Provide support for software firewalls and Parental Controls. 15.Security test a.
